Welcome to the world baby boy.

My new baby brother. Born on June 22, 2009 @ 4.48pm - New Zealand time.

As of this moment, he is nameless.

But that doesn't stop him being beautiful!

I fly to New Zealand on Friday to meet him!

You're packing your bag for that other desert island—the one with no electricity—what 5 books do you take with you?

Okay, so first I need to kmnow how long I am going to be on this desert island. Am I going to be there long enough to read each book more than once, or once I have read all 5 books will the rescue boat come on whisk me away.

I'm guessing that it's the former, and in that case I would probably take 5 books that I have read over and over and never get sick of.

1. The Bible, NIV Version
2. The Oxford Dictionary - might as well get to know some new words while I'm deserted.
3. Vanishing Acts, by Jodie Picoult
4. Jillaroo, by Rachael Treasure
5. The 7th Harry Potter Book.

Alas, not very imaginitive, but a mixture nonetheless....

So I'm back. Possibly full-time. Possibly in a limited amount. I'm not sure yet.

I miss livejournal. It has something myspace doesn't. Don't get me wrong, I love myspace, but the blog side of it doesn't seem as personal as that of livejournal... since livejournal is all-blog all the time.

I miss you magicmarkerlove , and since you won't get a myspace, no matter how much I hound you, I had to come back.

redtexta - i miss your gorgeous photos of yourself all the time.
easywaydown - i just miss you full stop.
i miss you all. so i'm back.

and i miss writing about my life, about my troubles, about the things that pull my heartstrings. and i can't do that on myspace, because there's no filter system like here.

i guess hand-down livejournal wins.

but i couldn't come back with any of my old usernames, because i've changed a lot.

i'm a lot more calm now. a little bit quieter. and a lot more cynical.

so from here on, i live here. friends-only. it'll be filtered. but it'll be cyndi - raw, uncut, REAL.
